An activation email is sent to the email you provide when you sign up. It may take some time for your server to receive this mail – up to a couple hours. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder because some email providers automatically flag automated messages as spam.
You can ensure reception by adding email@example.com to your whitelist before you signup – the QQ International confirmation messages will come from this address.
If the activation page from the signup process (at http://reg.imqq.com) is still open in your browser you can double check to see if you’ve made a typo in the email address. You can also decide to re-send the activation email.
Also please make sure that you have not opened a QQ account with the same email before. Each email address can only be associated to a unique QQ account.
Once you’ve received the activation email you must preserve it for future reference in case you lose your QQ number/ID and you need it.
Still no luck? If you haven’t received the activation mail after you’ve tried the methods above please consider registering again, preferably with a different email provider. Some technical glitch may have stopped our message from being correctly delivered, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
